We invite a Head of Sales Department who will strengthen our team.
Your tasks:
- Organization of systemic work of the sales department.
- Formation and approval of department plans, execution of set plans.
- Control over the execution of quantitative and qualitative indicators of managers.
- Maintaining work reporting.
- Negotiations and work with key clients of the company.
- Teamwork (control, motivation, and training of managers).
Expectations from the candidate:
- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
- Experience in B2C and B2B sales.
- Successful experience in team management and achieving high results.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

We are expanding and looking for a systemic specialist who will take over supply management and assortment development.
Your tasks:
- Organization and control of purchases for retail, wholesale, and production areas.
- Searching for new suppliers, conducting negotiations, and formalizing agreements.
- Market analysis: monitoring prices, assortment, and competitive conditions.
- Inventory management, ensuring timely replenishment of stocks.
- Close cooperation with sales, logistics, and marketing departments.
- Working with BAS and Excel / Google Sheets.
Expectations from the candidate:
- Experience in purchasing for at least 1 year (experience with auto goods, machinery, or in e-commerce will be an advantage).
- Ability to conduct negotiations professionally and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of the principles of purchase planning and inventory accounting.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and a systemic approach to work.
